To our valued clients:

When you and your pet arrive at our parking lot for an appointment with one of our doctors, we ask that you remain in your car and call us at 203 438-2658 to let us know that you have arrived. An RVC staff member will come out to greet you and bring you and your pet into the hospital.

Should you prefer, you may remain in your car during your pet’s appointment. A staff member will bring your pet into the building for the appointment and bring him or her back to your car afterward.

The new protocol applies ONLY to appointments with our doctors.

If your pet is coming to be examined by one of our technicians or is being dropped off for surgical or other procedures, you should remain in your car for curbside service.

If you are coming to RVC to pick up medication or food for your pet, you should remain in your car for curbside service.
